CONFIDENCE IS EARNED THROUGH EVIDENCE

Confidence cannot be built from belief on its own. Confidence can only be earned by building a stack of undeniable evidence of the work you put in.

To have the confidence to sing is to earn the evidence you’ve sung those songs.
To have the confidence to sail is to earn the evidence you’ve sailed those seas.
To have the confidence to sell is to earn the evidence you’ve closed those clients.

Your confidence is more likely to crumble when you don’t have the evidence that lives up to your belief. But if you create enough evidence that backs up your belief, you’ll naturally become more confident as a result since the evidence will speak for itself. So don’t gather reasons to believe, instead gather evidence. The evidence you gather overtime will compound into confidence.
