Today I’ve Integrated…
WHAT I SEE IN OTHERS IS AN EXTENSION OF MYSELF
Whether it’s good or bad, what we see in others is an extension of ourselves. If we subconsciously avoid addressing an unhealed pattern within ourselves, our patterns will resurface by making us see innocent people through a negative perception. So if something bothers you, remember that other people are just reflections of what you know needs healing within yourself.
If it bothers you how someone doesn’t have their life together, it a reminder for how you don’t have your life together.
If other people’s effort never feels good enough to you, it a reminder for the impossible standards you hold against yourself.
If it agitates you whenever someone is trying to help, it’s a reminder for how you keep avoiding getting the help you know you need.
When you stop feeling the need to change people, it’s evidence you’ve already healed those things within yourself. So if you want to make a positive difference in not only other people’s lives – but also your own, remember that everyone is inherently innocent as long as you heal your patterns. To see others through the eyes of innocence means to heal so deeply that you become innocence itself.
