SELF-WORTH IS GAINED BY HELPING OTHERS FEEL WORTHY

If you find yourself needing to assert your unmet needs onto others, it’s because deep down there’s a feeling that you’re at risk of not having your worth recognized. So if you want to remember your self-worth, remember that it comes not by asserting yourself so they can witness you. It comes indirectly by witnessing others so they feel a sense of self-worth.

Rather than seeking validation for yourself, prioritize them feeling validated. You’ll feel more validated when you know they feel validated by you.
Rather than urging them to understand you, prioritize understanding them. You’ll feel more understood when you know they feel understood by you.
Rather than convincing them of your value, prioritize convincing them that they’re valued. You’ll feel more convinced of your value when you know they feel valued by you.

When you make your conversations with others about helping them feel worthy rather than you needing to prove your worth to them, realizing your self-worth becomes obvious. It’s easy to remember your self-worth when you have constant reminders of your value by watching how good other people feel when they’re around you.
